Mercyful Fate tour 2025 announced: Demons and witches, fans of heavy metal and operatic goth rock, King Diamond of Mercyful Fate sends his satanic greetings and invites you to join him and the rest of his band on "Come to the Sabbath" to accompany the talent of Mercyful Fate for the first time in two decades in North America live and in person. Mercyful Fate, a band that collaborated with Metallica on the 1999 European tour, now returns to the United States and "blesses" our ears with the sound of electric guitars and dizzying high tones and our eyes with their heavy make-upup, reminiscent of other heavy metal bands of the 1980s. Despite their more than 20-year hiatus, Mercyful Fate promise that no ounce of quality has been lost in all this time and that the same level of imagery and drama that characterized their previous shows will still be present.
The tour follows Mercyful Fate’s European reunion tour last summer - their first concerts in 23 years - and an illustrious headliner appearance at Psycho Las Vegas last month. The legendary metal band is currently working on a new album and released the new song "The Jackal of Salzburg" during a concert in Germany in June. The full list of Mercyful Fate’s North American tour dates for fall 2022 can be seen below. All Mercyful Fate 2025 tickets sales will end on Thursday (September 8) at 10pm local time. General ticket sales will start on Friday (9 September) at 10:00 local time.
